Terms of Service
Effective 15 September 2026. By using peg.fun you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Read this part if you read nothing else
peg.fun currently runs on a test network. The contracts have not been externally audited. Liquidity is permanently burned at graduation and cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Anything you deploy is permanent and public. You are responsible for your own wallet, your own keys, and your own decisions. Nothing here is investment advice.
1.What peg.fun is
peg.fun is a permissionless launchpad. It lets anyone deploy a token whose units are also on-chain NFTs, with a bonding curve that graduates into a Uniswap v4 pool. The software is a set of smart contracts plus a website that helps you interact with them.
We publish software. We do not operate a marketplace on your behalf, do not custody your assets, do not broker trades, and do not select, endorse, vet, or take responsibility for any token deployed through it — including tokens deployed by us or by anyone associated with us.
2.This is a test network right now
peg.fun is deployed on the Robinhood Chain testnet. Test-network assets have no monetary value, test networks can be reset or discontinued without notice, and nothing you deploy or acquire there is guaranteed to survive or to be carried over to any future network.
Do not treat testnet activity as an investment, and do not pay anyone real money for testnet assets.
3.No account, no custody
There is no sign-up and no account. You interact through your own wallet. We never hold your private keys, your seed phrase, or your assets, and we cannot move, freeze, or restore them.
If you lose access to your wallet, or sign a transaction you did not understand, or send assets to the wrong address, we cannot undo it. Nobody can.
4.The contracts have not been audited
The contracts have had extensive internal review — high test coverage, long-running invariant and fuzz runs, symbolic checks, static analysis, and fork-based integration tests. They have not had a paid third-party audit.
Internal review reduces risk. It does not eliminate it. Smart contracts can contain bugs that testing does not find, and a bug can cost you everything you put in. If that is not acceptable to you, do not use peg.fun. The long-form version of this and other risks is on the Risks page, and you are expected to have read it.
5.What happens at graduation is irreversible
When a token's curve reaches its graduation threshold, the collected ETH and the remaining tokens are deployed as a Uniswap v4 liquidity position owned by the token's own hook contract, with no removal path in its code. That liquidity cannot be withdrawn by the creator, by holders, or by us — ever.
This is deliberate: it is what makes the liquidity rug-proof. It also means there is no recovery path if something goes wrong afterwards. See LP burn.
6.The one power we hold over a graduated token
We want this stated plainly rather than rounded off. A graduated token is immutable in almost every respect: there is no pause, no upgrade, no fee-rate change, and no ability to touch holder balances or locked liquidity.
There is oneexception. peg.fun can permanently redirect a graduated token's creator feestream to that token's holders, once, one-way, on an approved community takeover. That lever cannot pay peg.fun, cannot touch the liquidity, cannot touch anyone's tokens, cannot mint, and cannot be reversed.
If it is used, creator fees that have already been withdrawn are unaffected, and any creator fee still sitting unclaimed in the vault at that moment goes to holders. If you are a creator, withdraw your fees if you want certainty over them. The rules we apply are on the How it works page.
7.The chain itself is not neutral
peg.fun runs on Robinhood Chain, which is centrally operated. Its sequencer screens transactions and may decline to include one — a screened transaction simply never happens. Its operator reserves the right to block specific wallet addresses. Its upgrade path sits with a Security Council that can act on an emergency basis, and its validator set is permissioned.
Those are properties of the network, not of peg.fun, and we cannot override them. Using peg.fun means accepting them. We do not add a comparable control of our own: our contracts have no pause, no upgrade path, and no allowlist, and the single privileged action that does exist is the one described in §6.
8.What you upload and what you deploy
You are responsible for everything you upload or generate. You must own or otherwise have the right to use it. Do not upload someone else's photograph, artwork, trademark, or likeness without permission, and do not upload anything unlawful.
You grant us the permission needed to process your upload in order to provide the service — to run it through the generation pipeline, render previews, and publish the resulting artwork on chain and on this site. You keep whatever rights you had in the original.
Understand what deployment means: the generated artwork and its data are written to a public blockchain. That is permanent. It cannot be edited, taken down, or made private afterwards — not by you, and not by us.
9.Text you post
Where the site lets you attach text to a token — a description, links, or posts — you remain responsible for it. You may delete your own contributions. We remove unlawful content, and we do not otherwise edit or curate what you write.
Text you submit through the site is stored off chain by us, which means it is not permanent in the way the chain is: it can be removed, and it may be lost. Do not rely on it as a record.
10.Fees
The protocol charges fees on trades, split between the token's creator, its holders, and peg.fun. The current rates are shown in the interface and documented on the How it works page. Network gas is separate and is paid by you to the network, not to us.
Fee rates for an already-deployed token are fixed in its contracts and cannot be changed afterwards, by us or by anyone.
11.What you must not do
Do not use peg.fun to break the law, to launder money, to defraud anyone, to infringe someone's rights, or to publish unlawful material. Do not represent that a token is an investment, a security, or a claim on any business or revenue. Do not attack, overload, or attempt to exploit the site or the contracts, and do not use them on behalf of anyone subject to applicable sanctions.
You are responsible for determining whether using peg.fun is legal where you are. It is not available to you if it is not.
12.No advice, no warranty, no liability
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens deployed through peg.fun are not offered by us, are not backed by anything, and are not expected to have any value.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will work, that it will keep working, that it is free of bugs, or that any transaction will succeed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising out of your use of peg.fun — including lost funds, lost tokens, failed or screened transactions, smart contract bugs, network outages, or the conduct of any token creator or other user.
13.Who we are, and where disputes go
peg.fun is currently operated anonymously. We are not naming an operating entity, a country of incorporation, or a court in these terms, and we would rather say that than name one that does not apply.
The practical consequence is yours to weigh: you should assume you have no identified counterparty to sue and no agreed forum in which to sue them. If that is unacceptable to you, do not use peg.fun. If and when an operating entity is published, this section will name it and the law that governs these terms.
14.Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use peg.fun after that means you accept the updated terms. We will not apply a change retroactively to something that already happened on chain — nor could we.
